What do sexuality and religion have in common?
Spirituality, values & relationships.
Sexuality is a broad construct that includes aspects of life ranging from self-image and relationships to identity and behavior. The way sexuality is approached can enhance or detract from the quality of human life and relationships. As a speaker or workshop provider, I will enhance and support your faith community’s efforts to promote healthy sexuality. I will respect and reflect your values and religious teachings through our work together to…
- Add a new dimension to your worship services that enrich the spirit through words and song*
- Initiate congregational dialogue about sexuality
- Help elders and their families discuss sexuality and aging in a dignified, sex-positive manner (I am a founding member of the Consortium on Sexuality and Aging
- Enhance self-communication skills to build self-esteem and self-worth
- Teach teens and adults how to make social and sexual decisions in keeping with their values and life goals
- Strengthen couples through enhanced intimacy, sexual knowledge, and communication skills
You are welcome to contact me for a free discussion about your faith community’s programming, concerns and needs. Upon request, I will propose solutions tailored to your needs, traditions and values.
